Swavesey Village College Community Education
Community Education is a vital part of life at Swavesey Village College. Our experienced and welcoming team of staff would like to give you a flavour of what we offer in our Community Education Programme. Please telephone, email or drop in and meet the staff if you would like further information on any of the courses or facilities that we offer.
The programme for the Summer 12/13 term is, as ever, packed with great opportunities for those who want to enjoy an area of interest or activity. New courses this term include:
Furniture and Restoration, a Pottery Hand Building Course, Adult Contemporary and Adult Street Dance Courses, Baby Massage, Learn How to Climb, Mindfulness, Pet Management and Healthcare, a course on Getting Published, and two new Indian Cookery Courses.
We are also pleased to offer another Saturday course on 22.06.13 and two Summer Workshop
days on 22nd & 23rd July 2013, with a professionally catered buffet lunch (optional). See below for details
Please note that due to the amount of learners that enrol on our classes, we are not always able to contact everyone to confirm whether classes are running or not. We will however, always inform learners of cancellations. Therefore if you have not heard that your class is cancelled, it means it isn't. So come along to the college on the first evening of your class and staff will show you where to go.
