Facilities for Hire at Swavesey Village College
Swavesey Village College has a suite of rooms available for meetings, conferences and workshops. We have a modern multipurpose hall suitable for large meetings, theatre and ballet.
All our rooms are available from 8.00am until 9.00pm and rates can be adjusted to include syndicate rooms. Free WIFI broadband access is available and all rooms have projectors and flipcharts.
We offer a range of catering and refreshment options to suit your needs and we are happy to discuss options with you.

Basic Cost per hour: £75 A light and airy hall to suit a variety of purposes. Raked seating for 244. Technical support with sound and lighting is available for an additional charge. Please ask for a quote according to your requirements. |

Cost per ½ day: £185 Cost per day: £275 A flexible conference room which can seat up to 70 delegates in theatre style. Other seating styles available. Up to 20 computers available to make this an excellent IT training room. |

Cost per ½ day: £170 Cost per day: £240 A modern conference room which can seat up to 50 delegates in theatre style. Other seating arrangements available. This room can be syndicated with the other conference rooms and is ideal for larger workshop sessions. |

Cost per ½ day: £90 Cost per day: £120 Suitable for 12 delegates in a boardroom setting this room can easily be syndicated with the global environment centre to provide a suitable base for refreshments or breakout sessions. |
