The programme for the Spring 09/10 term is, as ever, packed with great opportunities for those who want to enjoy an area of interest or activity. New courses this term include:Genealogy, Quick Fix Healthy Eating Cookery, Acoustic Guitar for Improvers, Ballroom Dancing, Making the Most of the Web, Making Short Films using Digital Videos, Text Processing for Beginners, Cake Decorating for Beginners, Craft Techniques for Card Making, Mixed Media Experimental Drawing Class, and Dutch for Beginners.

If you are interested in learning something that isn’t in this brochure, please get in touch and we will do what we can to help you.

Some courses fill up very quickly, so please don’t wait to enrol. Our offices are open from the 4th January 2010
Enrolment - Please enrol early - classes with low numbers may be cancelled before the beginning of term! Most courses run for 10 weeks so be sure to re-enrol each term to avoid disappointment

Course Fees
Course fees include a registration fee of £10. Learners must pay course fees on enrolment. There may be an additional charge for materials and examinations; further information is available on request. Concessionary fees are available to those learners receiving a means tested benefit, evidence of which must be shown at enrolment. For certain courses leading to a qualification, learners eligible for a concession will pay the registration fee, plus any exam and materials fee. For courses not leading to a qualification, eligible learners will pay 75% of the full fee.

Refunds
A refund of any course fees already paid is only available if the College closes a class or if you withdraw from a course due to ill health.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and cheques.
Payments can be made: in person, via the telephone, by post, on-line, and with a re-enrolment form, or booking form.

Jobseekers Allowance, Working Tax Credit, Pension Credit
Asylum-Seeker receiving equivalent of an income based benefit
Unwaged Dependant of someone receiving benefits
